Travelers ‘impressed’ with new Antler Jet2-approved cabin bag that ‘holds loads’

Whether you’re jetting off somewhere sunny or going on a weekend getaway, chances are you need a trusty bag to carry all your essentials. Luckily, Antler has released a new handbag that’s both stylish and practical for your travels this summer and beyond.

Antler’s new Icon range offers stylish cabin and checked luggage in the brand’s iconic colors to complete your stylish airport look. Prices range from £175 to £245 depending on the bag size you choose.

Ideal for city breaks and weekend getaways, the Icon Stripe cabin bag fits most airlines’ large cabin baggage restrictions, including Jet2’s, meaning you can take it on board without having to pay high baggage fees.

Made of the highest quality, using recycled polycarbonate, the durable case keeps your belongings protected. It also has a water-resistant exterior, so you don’t have to worry about the weather.

The compact yet roomy cabin bag also features Silent Glide 360 swivel wheels, a custom comfort grip handle, dual zip pockets and compression straps to provide plenty of storage space for your belongings. The smallest hand bag available measures 40cm x 55cm x 20cm, which meets Jet2’s strict free on-board baggage requirements of 56cm x 45cm x 25cm.

Buyers claim it fits enough clothes inside for a three-day trip

Despite being new, delighted travelers have already left plenty of five-star reviews, calling it “lightweight and functional” and “great for short trips away.”

One customer said: “I love this case, such good quality and I’ve never had a case that glides on so well! The expander on it makes packing a dream, allowing me to fit a lot more. And the pink is the perfect shade, so chic!”

A second added: “Fabulous case, second one I’ve bought, I have a bad back and this is a dream to push through the airport and anywhere while travelling. Float along!”

While a third wrote: “This is the second hard case I’ve bought from Antler and I’m obsessed. The quality, attention to detail and enhanced functionality are second to none.”

The cabin bag is available in seven stylish colours, from pink to mist blue, and there’s an option to add an expander for an extra £20 for those who don’t like to pack light. Alternatively, you can pick up the Icon case in medium (30cm x 66cm x 45.5cm), large (51.7cm x 78cm x 33.6cm) or as a set of three.

Despite the fact that there are no negative reviews, one thing to note is that the cabin cover does not meet the strict requirements of every airline, meaning you may have to pay extra if you are not a Ryanair or easyJet Plus priority member. If you are an easyJet Plus member or have booked a FLEXI fare, you can bring one large hand bag (max 56cm x 45cm x 25cm).

Similarly, if paid for priority, Ryanair customers can bring a larger piece of hand luggage on board, which must not exceed 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. Fortunately, the Antler’s case is still just the right size to fit into the larger cabin allowance offered by British Airways, Thomas Cook, TUI and Virgin Atlantic.

If you’re looking for something more affordable that fits under the plane seat, shoppers rave about Amazon’s bag that’s “so roomy” and under £12.
