The weather map shows the exact date of intense storms and showers that will affect the UK

New weather maps show many parts of the UK will experience violent storms in the coming days. Monday will be the worst day, with blackouts expected in the Midlands, parts of North Wales and the Home Counties throughout the day.

The Mirror reports that a band of low pressure will move southeast by 10am. It will then move into the West Midlands by midday tomorrow (June 10), forecasters at InMeteo say.

An interactive map created by them on Ventusky shows that most of the UK will see rain by the afternoon. Despite the gloomy forecast, the storms will not affect people everywhere.

But thunder is far from the only bad weather Britons will face in the coming days. Stormy conditions are expected to move into the Atlantic Ocean on the morning of June 19.

They are expected to continue the unusual “freezing rain” weather event. If forecasts are correct, the approaching deluge could hit Britain on Thursday, June 20, with the storm making landfall near Glasgow at around 4am that day.

Weather maps show that Liverpool could see the heaviest amount of rain, especially around 4pm. The storm is expected to move south-east across the UK, reaching London and Kent around 7pm, reports BirminghamLive.
