A popular river festival in Stratford has been postponed by organizers today.

They say it’s due to “unpredictable operational and time constraints.”

On the website, organizers said: “We understand this news will come as a disappointment to many, including us.

“The River Festival holds a special place in the hearts of locals and tourists, and we share the disappointment of not being able to celebrate with the community.

“If we can deliver this event in the future, this will be announced via our social platforms.

“There are still many exciting events to look forward to in Stratford. We encourage you to explore all that this beautiful city has to offer and make the most of the summer months ahead.”

It is not yet clear whether the annual event will return next year.
