The care provider is moving operations to new offices in Birmingham

Sandwell Community Caring Trust (SCCT) has leased 6,600 sq ft of space at Nurton Developments’ Trigate offices on Birmingham’s Hagley Road.

With a workforce of 450, SCCT is moving from its current offices in West Bromwich to the Grade A Trigate offices.

Established in 1997, SCCT specializes in providing accommodation, care and support services to older people with dementia and adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.

Set to move in at the beginning of June, SCCT will use the space for its 20 office staff, accommodating up to 40 people at a time for training sessions.

Andrew Coley, chief executive of Sandwell Community Caring Trust, said: “Trigate strikes a good balance, offering well-located modern offices with efficient floors and a range of amenities and competitive rents.

“We also work alongside like-minded organizations which opens up opportunities for collaboration and we feel that Trigate is a better fit for our organization to continue to maintain a safe, motivating and stimulating environment to ensure we can develop the best care providers for our service. .”

David Dyas, asset manager for Nurton Developments, said: “Trigate does not come with the same overheads as a city center office, however it still offers a high quality working environment, on major bus routes and is minutes away from two M5 junctions. and within walking distance of a wide range of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

“We are excited to welcome SCCT and work alongside them to create an efficient working solution for their needs.”
