Car on roof after crash at busy Sheffield junction

The occupants of a vehicle that was left on its roof after being involved in a crash in Sheffield suffered minor injuries.

An image, shared on Instagram by imjustsheffshows an overturned car following the crash which happened at the junction of Greenhill Avenue and Greenhill Main Road on Tuesday morning (June 11).

A group of people can be seen nearby, as well as a number of police officers. A police car can also be seen at the scene and the road was closed for a short time.

South Yorkshire Police confirmed that those involved in the crash suffered minor injuries. A spokesman for the workforce also confirmed that the vehicle involved in the crash was damaged.
