Sheffield Green appoints new auditors

Sheffield Green (SG: SGR) released an update.

At the recent Extraordinary General Meeting, the shareholders of Sheffield Green Ltd. approved the immediate appointment of RSM SG Assurance LLP as the company’s new auditors, following the resignation of the previous auditors, Deloitte & Touche LLP. The meeting, chaired by Mr Kee Boo Chye, outlined a voting process for resolutions and provided clarification on the auditors’ transition timeline.
