Police stormed a major road after a high-speed chase.

Officers on patrol in Everton at around 11.50pm on Tuesday 11 June attempted to stop an MG car on St Domingo Road. The car sped off and was followed to Dunnings Bridge Road in Bootle where it was stopped and the occupants were caught.
