The offenses allegedly involved pupils at Holmewood House Prep School in Langton Green, near Tunbridge Wells, between 1979 and 1985.

Neil Scott of Bucklers Lane, St Austell, was charged in May with four counts of indecent assault and five counts of gross indecency with a child.

The 75-year-old appeared before Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, where he pleaded not guilty to all charges.
