Parents rated a nursery as one of the top 20 Early Years settings out of 2,479 in the capital.

Chapel House Day Nursery, in Chapel Road, West Norwood, received a top day award nurseries review site, daynurseries.co.uk, with the award based on reviews of the nursery from families and carers.

The award recognized the “excellent standard of care” and “stimulating environment” for the children at Chapel Day. Nursery.

Arlene Clarke, Deputy Director of Chapel House Day Nursery, said: “We are incredibly proud of this achievement as it is a direct result of the positive reviews shared by parents, carers, families and friends.

“We’d like to thank everyone who took the time to share their thoughts and feedback in their reviews.”

Nurseries were rated on overall standard, facilities and outdoor space, learning, resources and equipment and ICT, care, activities, staff, food and nutrition, management, cleanliness and protection, and value for money.

Amanda Hopkins, reviews manager of daynurseries.co.uk, said: “We would like to congratulate Chapel House Day Nursery for being rated by parents as a top nursery in London.

“To be rated so highly by the family and carers of the children attending the setting is a huge achievement.

“We hope these awards give parents that much-needed guidance in making the right choice nursery for their child.”
