As a Coventry burglar knocks on the front door before breaking in the back door and stealing jewelery

Police have released CCTV of a man they want to speak to after a house was broken into in Coventry. It happened on Dickens Road in Keresley.

Detectives investigating the burglary said a man wearing a balaclava knocked on the door of a house on Dickens Road. When he got no response, he made his way into the back garden where he and two others entered the property by breaking down the back door, according to Coventry Police.



The three suspects are believed to have taken car keys and jewelery before leaving, Coventry police said. It happened around 7.45pm on Monday, April 8.

A Coventry Police spokesman said: “We need your help to identify the man pictured. We want to speak to him in relation to a burglary in Coventry in April.
