Multifamily Thalhimer received a portfolio of six properties

Thalhimer Multifamily (TMF) is pleased to announce that Mercer Street Partners has awarded TMF the management of six properties in Richmond and Petersburg, Virginia.

TMF welcomes its growing management portfolio:

• South Bank Apartments, 150 units, Stockton Street, Richmond
• Perry Street Lofts, 148 units, Perry Street, Petersburg
• Hopper Lofts, 139 units, Everett Street, Richmond
• The Spectrum Apartments, Unit 103, Brook Road, Richmond
• 2001 East Apartments, 75 units, East Broad Street, Richmond
• Star Lofts, 66 units, S Market Street, Petersburg

The properties are a combination of middle and garden style. This acquisition adds more than 680 units and 25 new associates to the Thalhimer Multifamily portfolio, bringing the residential management portfolio to nearly 12,000 units in Virginia and North Carolina.
