MIAMI–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Cushman & Wakefield announced that the commercial real estate services firm has appointed Joseph Caridi as its new managing director for South Florida, effective at the end of June. Caridi will be responsible for the company Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Ratonand West Palm Beach markets and oversees over 450 professionals worldwide South Florida region.

Caridi will move to the company Miami Long Island office and partner with Wanda Riley, who is the current state managing director Florida. He will play a critical role in supporting the company’s long-term success, exceptional customer service and investment in South Florida as an important growth market.
