A proposal to end gun violence once and for all

Here is my proposed text of an amendment to the US Constitution to address the epidemic of gun violence now plaguing the country and the recent Supreme Court ruling on the legality of the stops. I believe in being concise and straight to the point:

Amendment proposal XXVIII

The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution is repealed.

I hope this clears up any misunderstandings among the Court about where the majority of Americans stand on this issue in a way that even their tiny brains can understand.
