How the Coventry skyline has changed in the last 10 years

Coventry’s skyline is constantly evolving and it’s easy to forget how much has changed in the city. One way to take a look back in time is on Google Streetview, where it’s easy to track exactly how the city has been updated.

We took a look at different parts of Coventry city center today and in 2014 to see how Coventry has changed over the decade.




From stores opening and closing to new hotels, new branding on the IKEA building and more student accommodation towers, it’s a snapshot of how Coventry is constantly evolving.

And of course, with ongoing work in City Center South, as well as the new City Center North regeneration project to come, it’s not done changing yet.
