Emmerdale fans are not happy as Kim Tate ‘disappears’ from the soap

Many Emmerdale fans have expressed their disappointment after noticing that Kim Tate has ‘disappeared’ from the ITV series.

Kim is one of the soap’s most iconic matriarchs, known for her evil plots and revenge over the years. But in the last episode, she had to sigh and deal with her ex-husband Will Taylor, Rose, walking around Home Farm.

Rose, who is Dawn Fletcher’s mother, recently reappeared on the scene while in hospital while Will and Dawn were there with baby Ethan. When Dawn initially realized who she was, she said she wanted nothing to do with Rose – who abandoned her when she was a child.

But more recently, she said she wants to meet her mother, which means everyone else in the family has to tolerate Rose being around. Lydia Dingle went to Rose during the last episode and Kim told them both to stop fighting instead of supporting her friend Lydia.

Fans reacted quickly to the scenes. At X, Owen said: “Queen Kim is losing her touch, sick baby or not,” and Angie said: “Did she let her ex-husband crash at Home Farm? Old Kim would NEVER do it.” Marc said: “The Kim Tate I once knew and loved is gone.”

Lisa said: “Let’s get old Kim Tate back…she’s too cute now…she turns me on.”
