Manchester man admits drug trafficking and money laundering offences

A Manchester man has admitted drug dealing and money laundering after being caught with half a kilo of cocaine.

John James O’Neill, 38, of Victoria Avenue in Blackley, admitted importing the drug, possessing it with intent to supply and possessing £16,620 in criminal property.

He was arrested on May 18 at the Palace Hotel in Douglas.

There was no bail application and he was remanded in custody and remanded to the Prison’s General Delivery Court where he will appear for sentence on June 28.
