Live: Crash closure causes major delays in Cornwall

A major route through Cornwall is blocked in both directions following a crash this afternoon (Monday June 17). There is currently very heavy traffic on the A3083 near Helston between Berepper and Cury.

Road and traffic monitoring website Inrix first reported the accident at 1.35pm. It read: “A3083 both ways blocked due to accident at Berepper, going to Cury. The traffic is doing well.”

Emergency services have been contacted for more information.
