Major police presence with big blue marquee erected after Sutton crash

A large police presence was pictured after a crash on a busy road in Sutton.

Several police vehicles were seen in Wrythe Lane, off Poulton Avenue, at around 4pm today (June 17).

Footage, obtained by Your Local Guardian, shows four police cars and two police vans attending the crash.

It features a large blue tent erected with several cords in place while the accident is treated.

A police car and a motorcycle can also be seen completely destroyed in the incident.

Traffic is being diverted as both directions between Poulton Avenue and Wrythe Green Road remain closed.

Bus routes 157 and S1 are also on diversion, according to the AA.
