Cushman & Wakefield responsible for placing SKF in Alfrapark | Portugal

Cushman & Wakefield announces the placement of another tenant in Alfrapark, in Lisbon. SKF, a leading Swedish bearing manufacturing multinational, now occupies a fraction in Building F of this development. In this operation, C&W represented the owner.

Located in Alfragide, 5 minutes from Marquês de Pombal and less than 10 minutes from Lisbon Airport, Alfrapark, designed by architect Frederico Valsassina, totals over 22,000 sqm of office space and approximately 1,500 parking spaces. Customers have at their disposal a restaurant, a cafe, conference and meeting rooms, a helipad and large green spaces around the buildings.

In 2022, Alfrapark began the completion of the infrastructure of the development, the conclusion of which benefits its customers and users: more green areas, circulation areas and parking areas. Upon completion, it will have over 35,000 square meters of office space.
