St Austell Brewery has been placed second in a list of the UK’s top pub operators based on customer feedback and reputation.

CGA by NIQ’s PubTrack service has today revealed its latest rankings of the UK’s biggest pub operators, based on guest satisfaction, review and referral scores. Brunning & Price, part of The Restaurant Group, topped the list for the second consecutive year.

PubTrack is an exclusive tool that combines the CGA Outlet Index with a survey of 10,000 nationally representative consumers. It provides accurate insights into guest behavior and sentiment across a wide range of metrics and is designed to help pub operators understand consumer views and benchmark their performance against competitors.
