A woman was forced to hand over her Rolex in a ‘knife robbery’ in Coventry

Police are investigating after a woman was robbed at knifepoint in Coventry. It happened in Bell Green.

A woman was approached by an unknown man on Pearson Avenue. He threatened her with a knife and forced her to hand over her Rolex watch before fleeing the scene, Coventry police said.



It happened on Wednesday, May 22. Detectives say they are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident, which happened at around 9pm.

A Coventry Police spokesman said: “We are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time or who was offered this watch to buy. If you know anything please contact us on 101 or Live Chat quoting crime number 20/519780/24.”
