The man was rushed to hospital after crashing on a busy road in Biggin Hill

A man has been rushed to hospital after a crash in Biggin Hill.

The incident happened yesterday (June 17) in Stock Hill, off Temple Road, just before 8.40pm.

Ambulance crews, paramedics from our hazardous area response team, an incident response officer and an air ambulance attended.

The man was treated at the scene before being taken to a major trauma center in London as a priority.

His condition remains unknown.

We have contacted the Metropolitan Police for more information.

A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 8.39pm on Monday 17 June to reports of a road traffic collision at Stock Hill, Biggin Hill.

“We sent resources to the scene including ambulance crews, paramedics from our Hazardous Area Response Team (HART), an incident response officer and the London Air Ambulance.

“We treated a man at the scene before taking him to a major trauma center in London as a priority.”
