ITV Emmerdale’s Cain Dingle ‘comes out’ after savage attack

The fate of Cain Dingle, played by Jeff Hordley, looks uncertain after heartbreaking scenes in Emmerdale. Tuesday’s hour-long episode of the ITV series saw Moira Dingle, played by Natalie J Robb, along with Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson) visit Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) in prison.

Matty, wrongly accused of stabbing Samson Dingle (Sam Hall), shares his fears about prison, prompting his mother Moira to promise to do everything she can to free him.

Cain, knowing that the real culprit was Josh Cope (Osian Morgan), tries to convince Samson to confess and spare Matty. His efforts fail as he informs Moira that Samson persists in his lie.

At the Woolpack, Moira has Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) distract Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins), allowing a confrontation with Samson in the toilet, where she threatens him: “This pain is going to get a lot worse if you don’t start to tell the truth .”

Despite Moira’s desperate pleas, an unrelenting Samson reveals his hope for Matty’s permanent imprisonment, the Express reports.

Back at home, Moira scolds Cain for not helping Matty. His appeal to her to avoid further confrontations with Samson fuels her frustration, leading to the retort, “I wouldn’t need to get close to him if you stepped up. You think you are the head of this family. Start acting like it. “

When Cain explained that he couldn’t force Samson to tell the truth, Moira replied that “old man Cain” could and added, “You’re going to jail for your own son, but you won’t even lay a hand. dirty for mine”.

Moira continued to berate her husband, implying that his failure to take a stand against Samson was due to the fear that his nephew might retaliate in the same way that Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) had previously done.
