Taylor Swift Eras Tour: London tickets are still available for fans who missed the show in Cardiff

Taylor Swift has wrapped up her memorable visit to Cardiff, but fans still have the chance to get tickets for her upcoming shows in London. The Eras tour follows the recent release of Taylor’s latest 31-track double album, The Tortured Poets Department.

Ticketmaster has officially opened resale for the Wembley shows, although ticket transfers won’t be possible until closer to the concert dates. For those wanting to see the star perform, Viagogo is offering Eras Tour tickets for shows in Europe and the UK, with some gigs still having hundreds of tickets listed as available for resale.

At the time of writing, the cheapest tickets to see Taylor Swift at Wembley are £269 for a restricted viewing for the show on Friday 21 June. For a clear view, tickets will set you back £483 each. Best view tickets cost £675 for the front left, while sitting on the right will set you back £666.

Is Buying Taylor Swift Resale Tickets A Smart Move? While Taylor Swift fans may be keen to secure tickets to the pop superstar’s Eras Tour concerts, they should be careful when dealing with reseller sites such as Viagogo, the Liverpool Echo reported.

Viagogo’s Ticket Guarantee assures buyers: “When you buy tickets on Viagogo, viagogo guarantees that you will receive the tickets you paid for in time for the event. In the rare event that a problem occurs and the original ticket seller does not offer you the tickets listed for sale, viagogo will, at its discretion, review tickets of comparable prices and offer you replacement tickets at no additional cost, or Viagogo will issue you a reimbursement for the cost of the tickets.”

The guarantee further clarifies: “Replacement tickets of ‘comparable price’ are determined by Viagogo at its discretion. When you sell tickets on Viagogo, provided you provide the exact tickets listed for sale and the ticket buyer successfully wins entry to the event, viagogo guarantees that you will be paid for your sale.”

Meanwhile, Ticketmaster and AXS, Taylor Swift’s official retailers, have issued a warning against purchasing from unauthorized sellers. They stated: “The only way to obtain a valid ticket for Taylor Swift shows is through approved ticket agents.

“In the UK, approved ticket agents are Ticketmaster, AXS or direct via the venue’s website. In Ireland, the approved ticket agent is Ticketmaster. Any tickets found to be re-purchased on the unofficial secondary market will not be valid for admission to the concerts and will be canceled in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale.”

“Through official resale facilities, ticket resale prices are capped to help combat ticket price inflation and stop ticket promotions. For more information on official resale facilities, fans should visit their approved ticket agent’s website. These resale facilities allow fans to sell their tickets with confidence and allow fans to purchase resale tickets with the assurance that the ticket they are purchasing is genuine.”

Ticket holders who have secured their Live Event Passes through resale platforms should carefully check the terms and conditions at the point of purchase. Renowned sellers like Ticketmaster or Live Nation offer transparent and reliable services.

However, it is important to note that buying tickets from unofficial sources may result in invalid tickets, so buyers should exercise caution by understanding the potential risks involved. Following concerns raised about the tickets, Viagogo commented: “Viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans are guaranteed.”

viagogo and resale tickets

Sites like Viagogo and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that many event promoters say that tickets should not be resold after the initial purchase and will not be valid for concert admission.

Fans attending live events with tickets purchased through resale websites are advised to double-check ticket terms and conditions at the point of sale – such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation – to ensure a smooth live event experience. Tickets may be canceled if found to be second-hand. As a result, fans buy at their own risk.

Having said that, viagogo also commented: “viagogo is a regulated market where fans have the guarantee”.
