A man who threatened to rape a mother and daughter has been banned from part of Merseyside

A man has been banned from part of Merseyside following allegations of anti-social behaviour.

Peter Hill, of no fixed abode, was previously on a Criminal Behavior Order but this was varied at Liverpool Crown Court earlier this week following recent allegations of anti-social and criminal behavior in Prenton, Wirral.




The allegations include theft and abuse of staff and customers at local stores. The CBO stipulates that the 37-year-old cannot enter an area of ​​Prenton which is bounded and includes Woodchurch Road, Storeton Road and Holm Lane.

The order will last until June 29, 2029.

Hill, who is currently in prison, “went on the rampage” while appearing at Wirral Magistrates Court, assaulting and threatening custody officers and causing criminal damage. The ECHO previously reported that Hill appeared in court for separate offenses on November 9 before being charged with three counts of assaulting an emergency worker, criminal damage, affray and two counts of threatening to destroy or property damage.

He was also charged with two additional counts of assaulting an emergency worker following a separate incident on Friday, January 5.
