Ealing speed camera catches wreckless driver doing 99mph – EALING.NEWS – The Voice of Ealing 7 towns

A Freedom of Information request revealed between 2021 and February 2024 a driver in Ealing was recorded speeding at 99mph.

The fastest speed caught on camera in London was 144mph in Havering, while neighboring boroughs Brent recorded 114mph, Hillingdon recorded 105mph and Hounslow was 99.

When it comes to the number of speed cameras in a borough, Camden came top with 135, while Ealing has 40. Neighboring boroughs Brent has 35, Hillingdon has 43 and Hounslow was 54.

The FOI request was submitted by Carlease.co.uk to London’s Metropolitan Police.
