Bradford drugs crackdown lands man and woman in court

Two people have been charged with drug offenses following a crackdown on the supply of drugs in Bradford city centre.

West Yorkshire Police launched an operation, led by the Investigation Team and Bradford Borough Policing Team, following concerns raised by the local community. As a result, two women and one man were arrested in connection with drug offenses in the area.



Now a man and a woman have been charged with drug offences.

Shaun Brockhill, 46, of Birch Lane, was charged with possession with intent to supply Class B drugs. Ellie West, 22, of Rooley Lane, was charged with possession with intent to supply Class B drugs. class B and possession of a weapon for discharging noxious liquid gases.

Both have now been remanded to appear at Bradford Magistrates Court this morning, June 21. A second woman, aged 22, has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
