You might not always buy it, but by the time you see it every summer, the anticipation builds and builds. You want to see what your heroes will be wearing for another season, but the big difference this summer is the arrival of a major sponsor.

Red Bull is one of the most recognizable brands in the world and will front all three of United’s kits for the foreseeable future. The most intriguing aspect of this will be the colors that Red Bull opts for, given that the core logo is predominantly red.

Could they choose blue and yellow instead of red and yellow? There isn’t much left to look forward to based on the previous kit releases Adidas have done with Leeds.

2020 was all over the place due to Covid and the late start to the season, but in 2021, a normal summer, the launch came on the back of Raphinha on July 22. In 2022, it was a fraction earlier on July 13 and the last. the year they went with the 11th of July.

If Adidas and Leeds follow a similar pattern, fans should expect to see the new design out in the days leading up to Harrogate Town’s friendly next month. That game at Wetherby Road could, in theory, end up being the first outing for the new design.
