Gregg Wallace lost 5 stone by cutting out 3 foods and no diet or gym

Gregg Wallace decided to make a major lifestyle change in an attempt to lose weight when, at nearly 17, his doctor warned he was at risk of developing diabetes. The Masterchef star explained that he lost five stone “without dieting”, ditching his bad habits and making healthier choices every day.

This included saying goodbye to snacks, ultra-processed foods and takeaways. Although she didn’t follow a specific diet plan, she made sure to eat a balanced and varied diet with healthy home-cooked meals every day.

On his GreggWallace.Health website, the presenter explained that no food is off-limits when trying to lose weight, but dieters should be careful about snacks. He said: “Strict diets are difficult to maintain. It’s about changing bad habits with good ones at your own pace.”
