Finland’s Eurovision entry, Windows95man’s day job and “shy nerd” personality.

Finland’s Eurovision entrant Windows95man might not be the bookies’ favorite to win tonight’s grand final, but it’s certainly shaping up to be one of the most entertaining.

Windows95man, whose real name is Teemu Keisteri, will perform the song No Rules with his friend Henri Piispanen. The techno banger rocked the semi-finals, with viewers stunned to see the star emerge from a denim-wrapped egg in the middle of the stage.

The act also raised a few eyebrows as at some points it appears to be bare from the waist down – but viewers needn’t have worried, it’s all down to clever camera angles and editing.

But who exactly is Windows95man?

On the Eurovision website, he is described as “a sweet and pleasant individual, he is a bit shy during the day, but when he puts on his uniform, the infamous missing OS, t-shirt and denim combination, he transforms into a superman!”

Teemu is a visual artist, dance performer and DJ who first gained recognition in Finland for his paintings and prints and even has his own art gallery in Helsinki called Kalleria. He sees himself as “an embodiment of the ’90s, freeing a once-shy family man from his everyday life.”

Windows95man’s character first came to life in 2013 during a DJ performance at Flow Festival. This will be his first song – and what a stage for it.
