Taking to TikTok, cleaning enthusiast Libby says Fairy Washing Up Liquid is the top product for your windows. The content creator simply adds a drop of cleaning staple to a damp microfiber cloth before polishing their streaked windows.

“Look at the results. Like, how fast does it work?” she exclaimed in a recent video. “You can also use this hack for the bathroom, shower screens, mirrors, glossy tiles and anything with a shiny surface,” reports the Express.

“This works absolutely brilliant… I will never use standard window cleaner again because it works so incredibly.”

Hundreds of cleaning enthusiasts flocked to the comments section to praise the hack – many saying they’ve been using the method for a long time. “I’ve been doing this for years. It’s also great on mirrors and showers,” enthused one user.
