The air ambulance has been called after a man died in an incident in Coventry

A man has died following an incident in Coventry. It happened at an address in Foleshill on Friday (June 21).

Paramedics and the Hazardous Area Response Team were called to a medical incident at an address on Broad Street at around 4.50pm. An Air Ambulance from Warwickshire and Northamptonshire attended and landed at Red House Park.




Crews located a male at the Broad Street address. He could not be saved and was pronounced dead at the scene, West Midlands Ambulance Service said.

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “We were called to a medical emergency at a private address on Broad Street in Coventry at around 4.50pm on Friday (June 21).

“Three ambulances, the Hazardous Area Response Team and the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance were sent to the scene in Foleshill. Crews located a man and unfortunately, despite everyone’s best efforts, he could not be saved and was pronounced dead at the scene.”
