Cookout chef – Beach Box Cornwall

Location: Wadebridge

Description: During the summer, Beach Box will be cooking at its cafes and is looking for an experienced chef to join its team, who will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen tables at the various cafes. Some of the main responsibilities of the role include: preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and portion sizes, preparing food in the production kitchen in St Minver, cooking in one of the cafes in North Cornwall and working with management to develop a new menu. articles and special offers.

As a Catering Assistant you will accurately and efficiently take food and beverage orders, manage food and beverage and clear tables and assist as a porter in the kitchen when required.

Location: Eden Project at St Austell

Description: Your roles and responsibilities will include: training on various activities, fitting and removing harnesses for clients, providing safety briefings on strict standards and processes, training and assisting both adults and children before activities, to ensure that each person feels safe and enjoys their experience; and basic site cleaning and maintenance. No formal qualifications are required as full training is provided, however any experience in the outdoor sector would be an advantage.

Description: The role will involve changing three B&B rooms and safari tents based on bookings. Check-out is 10:30am and check-in is 3pm, so our opening hours will reflect around these times.
