The young father dies suddenly and everyone is heartbroken

Heartbreaking tributes have been paid after the death of a young father in Cornwall. Ross Irwin died unexpectedly, aged just 35.

An inquest was opened in Truro into his death by the Coroner for Cornwall and adjourned for a full inquest to be held at a later date. The coroner’s report said the beloved family man from Holsworthy died in Bude on June 5.

Grieving loved ones shared their grief and paid tribute to the tin worker. His sister Laura Irwin told CornwallLive: “My brother was a much-loved family man – father, uncle, brother, son. We were such a close family and he left a huge mark on all of our hearts.”

She also wrote in tribute: “Words will never explain how I feel. Losing you is the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through. You were so proud of your only son. My heart breaks for all three of your babies left behind. You will be missed and loved and never forgotten my brother.”
