Headlining the Glastonbury Festival could cause difficult decisions for fans

Music fans heading to Glastonbury Festival this week are likely to miss out on a major calendar event this weekend, clashing with some of the event’s biggest names. With the England men’s football team having confirmed their place in the last 16 of the Euros, the next match will take place on Sunday 30 June.

Scheduled for 5pm on Sunday, England’s game will clash with some of the biggest names of the festival. Depending on which acts you’ll be watching this weekend, there are bound to be some matchups.

It is also important to remember that Glastonbury it won’t analyze any of the Euros, so you’ll have to try to stream it on your own devices – if you can. Serving can be a particularly difficult feat at Worthy Farm.

England’s match on Sunday will be pitted against Pyramid Stage artists Janelle Monae, who is scheduled to perform between 5.45pm and 6.45pm. The start of the match also clashes with the end of the Legend’s Tea Time sport, which this year will be Shania Twain (3.45-5pm).

On the Other Stage, the game will clash again with two acts. Nothing But Thieves will be on stage from 4.30pm to 5.30pm, followed by ‘Sk8er Boi’ singer Avril Lavigne (6pm-7pm).

West Holts’ Jordan Rakei (5pm – 6pm) and Brittany Howard’s (6.30pm – 7.30pm) sets will also play with the England Round of 16 match, as will Alvvays (5pm – 18:00) and Kim Gordon (18:30 – 19:30) performances on Woodsies.
