American International CollegeSpringfield MA

• American International College (AIC) held its 139th commencement ceremony on May 11 at the Mass Mutual Center in Springfield, celebrating more than 600 graduates from the Class of 2024. Enfield graduates were Alexandra Drexler, B.A. health science; Steven Chant, Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in nursing program; Linda Leander, Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in nursing program; Samantha Peros, Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in nursing program; and Sean Farrell, Master of Arts in Mental Health Clinical Counseling program.
• American International College (AIC) in Springfield, MA, is proud to announce that 470 students have earned a spot on the Dean’s List for the spring semester of 2024. These full-time students achieved GPAs of 3.3 to 4.0. Enfield residents who made the list were
  Destiny Campbell, majoring in exercise science; Steven Chant, nursing major; Linda Leander, nursing major; and Samantha Peros, nursing major.

Curry CollegeMilton MA

• Curry College congratulates Hannah Goolsby of Enfield, who has been named to the Spring 2024 Dean’s List.

Eastern Connecticut State UniversityWillimantic CT

• Eastern Connecticut State University recently released the Dean’s List for the spring 2024 semester, where more than 1,200 students were recognized for maintaining a high GPA.
  Students included Enfield residents Dylan Lennon, Abdul Ajmal, Allyson Daleb, Elizabeth Davis, Victoria Davis, Monica DiPiero, Taylor Lathrop, Collette Moreau and Christina Xiong. To qualify for the Dean’s List, full-time students must complete a minimum of 12 credits in letter-eligible courses with a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Emerson CollegeBoston MA

• Victoria Orifice of Enfield earned Emerson College Dean’s List honors for the spring semester of 2024. The requirement to make the Dean’s List is a grade point average of 3.7 or higher for that semester. Orifice is majoring in interdisciplinary studies and is a member of the class of 2024.

Sacred Heart UniversityFairfield CT

• Erin Pellegrini, Emily Vandal and Jack Winans, all of Enfield, were named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2024 semester.

University of Rhode IslandKingston RI

• The University of Rhode Island is pleased to announce the Spring 2024 Dean’s List, which includes Enfield residents Carter Wunch, Max Dumont, Abby Palmer, Meagan Campbell, Mason Pilkington and Athena Stamatopoulos. To be named to the Dean’s List, full-time students must have completed 12 or more letter grade credits that are GPA applicable over a semester and achieve at least a 3.30 grade point average.

Western New England UniversitySpringfield MA

• Emma Birmingham of Enfield was inducted into the Pi Sigma Alpha National Honor Society on April 18 at Western New England University’s annual chapter induction ceremony held in Clarke Reading Room, D’Amour Library on campus. Pi Sigma Alpha is the national political science honor society. Membership maintains high standards of scholarship and academic distinction in political science, and the society seeks to promote excellence in the study of political science through a variety of programs. Birmingham is majoring in political science.
