Armed Forces Day in Coventry – Parade times and everything you need to know

There are just days to go until Armed Forces Day returns to Coventry. Residents have the chance to join a service and take part in a parade in the town on Saturday 29 June.

The event includes a service followed by a parade and salute. Armed Forces Day honors serving members of the Forces, as well as cadets, veterans, reservists and the families who support them. The parade will be led by The Standard Triumph Pipe Band (Royal British Legion Number 4 Branch).

Everyone in the city is encouraged to show their support and help Coventry pay their respects. The city is a member of the Armed Forces Covenant, which is a promise to look after current and ex-service personnel and their families.
