INCIDENT SUMMARY: On 11/05/24 at approximately 8:39 PM Vermont State Police received a report of a vehicle operating erratically, failing to maintain lane and nearly striking oncoming traffic in Lyndon VT. At approximately 9:10 p.m., Vermont State Police located the vehicle on US 5 in St. Johnsbury, near the Barnet town line. The police initiated a traffic stop for the violations found. The operator, identified as Michael Glynn (40), was showing signs of impairment. After investigation, troopers arrested Glynn on suspicion of DUI. Glynn was transported to St. Barracks. Johnsbury for processing and released on summons.
