Dane Birmingham Obituary – West Reading, PA

Dane Christopher Birmingham Dane Christopher Birmingham, 30, died on August 31, 2020, at his residence in Spring Township. Born in Wichita-Falls, TX, he was the son of Dwayne Birmingham, Hereford and Tammy (Searfoss) Birmingham and stepfather, “Whitey” Bauman, West Lawn. He graduated from Wilson High School in 2008 and attended BCTC where he earned a machinist certificate. Dane was employed by US Axle Inc., Pottstown. Dane loved the outdoors, enjoyed hunting, the mountains, cars, motorcycles and spending time with family and friends. Dane will be remembered for his warm, caring, selfless personality with a great sense of humor who was always willing to embrace family and friends with a great bear hug. He also liked to get into all kinds of pranks with his friends. He will be truly missed by all. In addition to his parents and stepfather, he is survived by his sister, Jenna Birmingham, Birdsboro and his maternal grandparents, Pete and Judy Miller, Sinking Spring, and Penny Searfoss, Gilbertsville. Also surviving are his fraternity friends: Kyle, Justin, Billy, Devin, Cody and Ryan and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, James Searfoss and paternal grandparents, Joe and Joan Birmingham. A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, September 11, 2020 at 8:00 PM at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Burial will be private.
