The 3 Chelsea players offered Leicester while Dewsbury-Hall reject Brighton

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has rejected the chance to join south coast Premier League side Brighton & Hove Albion, according to a claim. Meanwhile, the three Chelsea players apparently on offer to Leicester City have been named and all are senior members of the squad. Will ‘KDH’ go to England’s capital with one or more blues coming to Leicestershire?

The transfer vortex increases in pace. And Leicester are usually in the middle of some uncomfortable hearsay for their supporters. Judging by the comments on the Foxes’ official social media accounts, the Blue Army is pissed off and dismayed.

That’s because Fox standout Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall is likely to leave the King Power Stadium. Which is a real blow to LCFC – any way you look at it! Even if the East Midlands outfit have to balance their Financial Fair Play (PSR) cards, selling your best is generally inadvisable, obviously.

However, Leicester got themselves into this mess by not paying enough attention to their relationship for a good while. Or they didn’t take Chelsea’s approach, probably hiring the best minds around. The Blues probably did this to find loopholes or ways to avoid penalties on the new profit and sustainability rules.

And we all know City as a sales club, unfortunately for their support. I understand that this is a model that has worked in the past, despite the reluctance of fans to see their best footballers leave the side. But the club has carried out its fair share of bad business while allowing its finances to spiral out of control.

So, unfortunately, the Foxes faithful will just have to settle for letting go of prominent personnel ahead of a challenging term. This strategy can go on and on regardless of the state of the team at any given time, unfortunately.

At least Dewsbury-Hall won’t be moving to Brighton, a club similar to LCFC in capacity and possible league placement. His move to CFC remains irritating, although BHAFC feels preferable if he must leave. Don’t get me started on the Enzo Maresca element of all of this – we’d be here all day!

To appease LCFC, the west Londoners apparently put some chips on the table. Cesare Casadei, a former Fox loanee, is one. Striker Armando Broja is another suggestion; centre-forward David Datro Fofana is the definitive name.
