And choosing the right place is important, given the difficulty of finding affordable and reasonable mortgages. However, a new study has revealed the best and worst areas to buy garden homes in the region.

The Garden Space Report was created by MG Timber and Online Marketing Surgery. It reveals the overall combined areas of private garden space in the Birmingham and Black Country areas.

Topping the rankings in Birmingham were the Sutton Coldfield North & Park areas, which has 2,221,520 sq m of garden. But Birmingham city center came at the bottom of the city with 163 sq m, but the city center has more apartments and high-rise residential properties than suburban areas.

In the Black Country, Aldridge South in Walsall topped the table with a combined private garden space of 1,357,309 sq m. And the Waterloo Road area of ​​Wolverhampton, which includes the area around Molineux Stadium. Overall, Dudley topped the Black Country region for garden space, followed by Walsall, Wolverhampton and Sandwell.
