Live: A30 delays and ‘heavy traffic’ due to crash

Delays are expected on the A30 in Cornwall this morning following a crash. There is “heavy traffic” in the Blackwater area.


Traffic monitoring website Inrix reports that the main road is partially blocked for eastbound drivers. It happened shortly before 8am on Saturday, June 30.



The crash happened on the A30 between the A3047 at Scorrier and the A390 at Three Burrows. As a result, there is heavy traffic. Inrix states: “A30 eastbound partially blocked, heavy traffic due to accident from A3047 (Scorrier, Scorrier) to A390 (Three Burrows).”

Overturned caravan

An update has been provided stating that the accident involved an overturned camper. It appears that one lane is closed due to traffic.
