The iconic British two-wheeler BSA is all set to enter India under the ownership of Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles! And the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is all set to make its global debut on July 17. Several such noteworthy updates grabbed the attention of Indian two-wheeler enthusiasts last week, just like every Sunday, we bring you a rundown of all these updates.

2024 Jawa 350 was launched

The 2024 Jawa 350 has been updated and comes in a new variant of alloy wheels. The company decided to introduce alloy wheels with tubeless tires on the Jawa 350 after receiving customer feedback. Moreover, Jawa has introduced three new solid colors – Obsidian Black, Gray and Deep Forest, while the Chrome series gets a new shade of white that looks quite attractive.

BGauss RUV 350 has been launched

The BGauss RUV 350 has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs 1.10 lakh. The electric scooter is available in three variants – RUV 350i, RUV 350 EX and RUV 350 Max. Powering the scooter is a 3.5 kW electric motor that makes a maximum torque of 165 Nm and is capable of propelling the scooter to a top speed of 75 km/h. It has a 3 kWh LFP lithium battery, and BGauss claims it offers a range of 120 km on a single charge. Range drops to 90 km for the RUV 350 EXi and RUV 350 EX.

BSA Gold Star India Release Date

The BSA Gold Star is all set to launch in India on August 15. The company has released a teaser for the upcoming launch, and fans of the classic British brand will finally have the chance to own a modern-retro BSA in the country. Powering the bike is a 652cc, single cylinder, liquid cooled engine that produces 45PS and 55Nm. The BSA Gold Star takes direct aim at the Royal Enfield Interceptor 650.

Royal Enfield Guerrilla unveiled

The Royal Enfield Guerrilla has been partially revealed in the run-up to its official launch. Street naked is based on the Himalayan 450 platform and will foray into the 400-500cc, roadster segment. It will be powered by a 452cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 39.47bhp and 40Nm in the Himalayan range. Royal Enfield can change the engine tuning state and gear for the Guerrilla. The company is expected to position the bike in the same ballpark as the Triumph Speed ​​400, which is priced at Rs. 2.33 lakh and will debut on July 17.

Kawasaki discounts

Kawasaki is offering discounts and benefits worth up to Rs. 60,000 on the Vulcan S and Ninja 650. Discounts are available through ‘Good Times Voucher’ on both the bikes. The Vulcan S gets a maximum discount of Rs. 60,000, while the Kawasaki Ninja 650 is available at a discount of Rs. 30,000. Customers can avail “Good Times Voucher” against the ex-showroom prices of the respective bikes. For reference, the Kawasaki Vulcan S is priced at Rs. 7.10 lakh, while the Ninja 650 retails at Rs. 7.16 lakhs.
