Serendipity Labs’ new Bristol workspace opens with NCG to deliver enterprise-grade technology

Serendipity Labs, a leading international flexible office and coworking provider, has selected digital infrastructure specialist NCG as its connectivity provider to deliver its best-in-class coworking and flexible office management platform, OASIS™, to members at the Aztec West business park in Bristol.

The new Bristol workspace officially opened its doors at the end of last month (Thursday 20 June) for an open day followed by a free co-working day for local SMEs.

Serendipity Labs works in partnership with UK-based NewFlex on the development and operation of its branded UK locations. NCG previously delivered the first two Serendipity Labs locations in Cambridge North and Manchester Exchange Quay.

The 20,000 square meter Bristol workspace offers a fully integrated system of technology solutions, comprising enterprise-grade connectivity infrastructure, both wired and wireless, with an easy-to-use network management layer; mobile access control first integrated into the Serendipity Labs mobile app; a back-end platform for space management and audiovisual solutions for all requirements. This is then supported by NCG’s fully managed support package.

The project involved migrating the digital infrastructure of a former Citibase office to Serendipity Labs’ signature technology stack.
