Leaked spy images reveal new details about the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450

July 17 sees the launch of the new Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 – a Himalayan-derived street bike, with details starting to emerge.

The leaked spy images reveal an analog-digital instrument panel, apparently shared with the Meteor 350 and Meteor 650, featuring an analog speedometer and a centrally positioned circular LCD screen.

However, the images do not show a USD telescopic front fork or windshield, nor other features like luggage racks and a rear shelf seen on the Himalayan.

As for the colors, the leaked images suggest a combination of red, gold and matte gray – very Royal Enfield style.

As we previously reported, the Guerrilla 450 will feature a 450cc single-cylinder engine producing 40bhp with upgraded suspension that includes a rear mono-shock system. It has ergonomically positioned footrests and handlebars designed to reduce fatigue. As for braking, it has ABS as standard and large discs both front and rear. Wheels are expected to be 17-inch aluminum.

The new bike is all set to compete in the segment with the likes of Honda CB300R, Triumph Speed 400 and KTM 390 Duke.
