How to watch top Super League talent represent England tonight

Super League talents Jack Charles and Arron Lindop

Paul Anderson has named his England Academy squad to face France at Warrington’s Halliwell Jones Stadium tonight – and you can watch for free.

The squad is full of top talent with the likes of Hull FC’s Jack Charles and Warrington Wolves duo Cai Taylor-Wray and Arron Lindop gaining some Super League experience.

In addition, highly-rated Saints midfielder George Whitby is named, who could look to take over the role vacated by Lewis Dodd next year.

Wigan’s Jack Farrimond has been named in the 21-man squad but is not in the matchday squad.

Leeds Rhinos fans will also recognize names such as Presley Cassell and Marcus Qareqare, who recently signed long-term deals with the team – and Qareqare is a name that has graced the Super League pitches through brother Jason.

Two Toulouse Olympique players are named for France – Hugo Garrigues and Trevor Chiffolleau.

Paul Anderson, Head of Pathways England, said: “I’m really excited about what this group can achieve.

“Over the past few days, we have exposed the players to what an England environment looks and feels like, with the challenge and intensity of short-term representative training that they could one day experience at senior international level.

“Now it’s almost time for us to do some high-quality training on the field.”

England v France Academy takes place at Halliwell Jones Stadium, Warrington on Tuesday 2nd July, 7.30pm. Entry is £5 (£2 concessions).

The match will be broadcast live on RFL’s YouTube channel from 19.15.
