Chris Pratt’s new movie is skipping theaters for its July release on Amazon

Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt’s new movie is skipping theaters to launch on Amazon Prime Video this summer.

Amazon Studios has confirmed that it has acquired worldwide rights to The Tomorrow War from Skydance Media, directed by Chris McKay and starring Pratt, who also executive produced the film.

The Tomorrow War will launch exclusively on Prime Video in over 240 countries and territories on July 2.
