‘Chat Man Do’ is a free men’s group that meets at West Norwood Library on Tuesday evenings.

The group was set up to “encourage and support each other to share any mental/physical health issues you have”.

The organizers add:

Most importantly, we want to hear about you, even if it’s just your day/week, because it matters.
