Young Nuneaton woman named and charged with dangerous dog offence

A young Nuneaton woman has been charged with dangerous dog offences. Warwickshire Police said Jade Riley, of Dovecote Drive, faced charges in connection with an incident in Weddington.

Three people were allegedly bitten by a dog near Weddington Social Club on Monday evening, July 1. The 23-year-old was charged with three counts of being in charge of a dangerously out-of-control dog causing injury.



She was also charged with four counts of assault by striking an emergency worker and one count of attempted criminal damage.

A Warwickshire Police spokesman said Riley is due to appear at Coventry Magistrates’ Court today, July 3.
