Voting opens in the elections for the Council of Governors

03 July 2024 – Trust members and our staff can vote in the 2024 Board of Governors elections

Elections for the 2024 Board of Governors are now open. Members of the Foundation Trust and our staff have until 5pm on 17 July 2024 to cast their vote.

The Board of Governors helps us ensure that key stakeholders – including patients, members of the public, staff and partner organizations – have a say in shaping the local health service.

This year, elections are held for the following positions:

• Public Governors – 3 Lambeth posts, 3 Southwark posts
• Patient governors – 3 positions
• Staff Governors – 1 Nurses and Midwives, 1 Administrative and Clerical, 1 Health, Scientific and Technical Professional, 1 Medical and Dental

If you are eligible to vote, you should have received an email on 27 June marked: King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust – Election to Council of Governors.
